Do you provide tracking information?
Yes. Once your order ships, you will receive an email with your tracking information. If you have not received tracking information within 5 days of placing your order, please contact us.
My tracking says “no information available at the moment.”
Some carriers take 2–5 business days to display tracking updates after shipment. If your tracking still shows no information after 5 business days, please contact us so we can check your shipment.
Will my items arrive in one package?
Items from the same order may occasionally ship in separate packages for logistical reasons and may arrive on different days.

The ability to switch between 3000K, 4000K, 5000K, and 6000K is really useful. We tried a couple settings before settling on 4000K for the office and it looks great.

The 0–10V dimming works very smoothly with our controls. We can keep the lights lower during the day and bring them up when more task lighting is needed.

I really like having the selectable wattage. We used 40W in smaller rooms and 50W in the main work area, so everything matches without being unnecessarily bright.
